A body type consultation is not about dressing you up as someone else! Together we work out which colors flatter your complexion and which cuts bring out the best in your proportions: a body shape and style analysis in Berlin, done in front of the mirror rather than on paper. The goal: a wardrobe that fits you 100% and makes you happy every morning. In business since 2013, known from RTL Punkt 12 and the Süddeutsche Zeitung: my advice is honest, personal and easy to put into practice. And it is held in English if you prefer, so it works just as well if you are new to Berlin or only here for a visit.
Which colors really suit you? We hold your own clothes up to your face in daylight, and you see the difference straight away for yourself. I deliberately don't work with fixed seasonal color types, because the right color alone does not make a good piece of clothing. You can read why on the page about color analysis in Berlin.
Which silhouettes highlight your strengths? I analyze your body proportions and show you exactly which cuts, lengths and fits flatter you, regardless of current trends and regardless of clothing sizes.

A body type consultation focuses strongly on your physical features: Which colors suit your skin tone, hair and eyes? What is your body shape, and which cuts balance it best? Style consulting goes one step further and also takes your personality, your lifestyle and the impression you want to make into account (for example classic, sporty, extravagant). I would say my consultation is both, but always with style.
A color and body type consultation on its own usually takes 2–3 hours. If we combine it with a wardrobe check and personal shopping afterwards, you should plan more time accordingly (6–8 hours, possibly even longer, depending on how extensive the wardrobe makeover will be).
No folder, but a great deal in your head. During our appointment we talk a lot and exchange ideas: I really like this, that one less so. And: oh, now that is a good idea! You take an incredible amount of new knowledge and ideas home with you after the consultation. Future shopping trips on your own become more efficient, too, because you know what always works and what never does.
A first assessment is possible online, but for a proper analysis and the next steps I recommend meeting in person in daylight. Style consulting (outfits, combinations), on the other hand, also works very well by video call or with photos via WhatsApp.
My body type consultation costs €85 per hour. A color and body type consultation on its own usually takes 2–3 hours, which comes to a total of €170–255. If you would like to add a wardrobe check or a personal shopping tour straight afterwards, we put together a suitable package.
Ideally in daylight, either at your home or at a neutral location in Berlin. The right lighting is essential for an accurate color assessment, because artificial light distorts how colors look. I recommend appointments in the morning or early afternoon.
Yes, a body type consultation makes a wonderful gift! Vouchers are available immediately as a PDF or are sent by mail as a folded card. They are valid for 3 years (the statutory limitation period in Germany). More on the vouchers page.
